How much is too much? Monthly Fee Increases

Note: please don’t lower your strata landscape budget. It could take a long time to bring it back up to where it is able to properly cover the costs of required annual/weekly maintenance programs.
Many times Terra Nova Landscaping has seen budgets slashed and cheaper service providers brought in. Lower prices do not necessarily mean Quality Landscaping Services.
If an inexperienced company works for cheap and “Butchers” your plants or destroys your healthy landscape, what can you do? Lower budgets can mean, council and the landscaper have cut back on services provided.
It will cost your strata to have repairs done by a reputable, knowledgeable landscape company.
Lowering your Strata Landscape Budget can actually cost your strata money, decrease landscape health and depreciate property value. Continue reading
